>>2/10 Secrets (meaning a 20% chance to get ONE copy of a Secret you want)
>>4/14 Ultras (meaning a 28.5% chance to get ONE copy of an Ultra you want)
How can't people see how much of a problem this is? 20% chance to get the secret you want and if you need a playset of said secret you're going to have to buy at MINIMUM 3 boxes and hit that 20% three times in a row? That is unreal.
Why would I take that 20% gamble on getting what I want on a box which costs like £70 especially when 7 of those 10 secrets will cost around £5-10 after the first week of the set being released? There's just no way.
There is just no reason to buy boxes with the current system. None whatsoever. The cards locked to secret rare (and arguably ultra rare IMO but obviously less so) need to have an alternate cheaper way of getting them. It needs to happen, seriously.
We need to move away from this idea that buying boxes is bad. Regular ass players should not feel incentivized to ONLY buy singles.
The reason I always advocate for the OCG system is not just because they fix the rarity issue by giving access to lower rarity versions of cards, it's also because their box prices as so vastly cheaper than our own. You can buy boxes in the OCG and not feel like it's some monumental financial decision. DBP boxes go for around £18 a box. EIGHTEEN POUND FOR A DBP. Yeah there's less packs per box (and maybe less cards per pack I think?) but dude that's fucking well worth the trade off for how cheap the boxes are. Regular core set boxes are like £28 a box.
Casuals and competitive players alike would eat boxes up for that price.

Thank god I'm not a metatranny. Imagine not being able to enjoy things unless they're in the top percentile of broken shit lmao.
Bros are experiencing a fraction of what the game has to offer, no wonder they're always seething.
