I got a beefy prebuilt with windows 11 preinstalled because it was cheaper than buying the graphics card and parts separately, and it can take nearly a minute from hitting the power button to get to my desktop, my monitors don't even turn on for like 40 seconds. Is this a watercooling thing, a winblows 11 thing, or is my PC fucked? everything's fine after it boots but it feels like it goes through 1 or 2 failed boot cycles
