Is the Beautiful trait actually a curse?
It has been a consistent theme in all of my colonies. All is well during the early days of the colony, but eventually the mood starts to plummet for no apparent reason and things quickly spiral out of control.
The reason always turns out to be half of my colonists suffering from crippling mood debuffs caused by continuously being rebuffed by that one Beautiful pawn whose charms they just can't resist. Not even them getting married or me isolating them / rearranging everyone's schedules to avoid contact with them would do anything to help.
At this point, I started viewing the Beautiful trait on the same level as Pyromaniac or Gourmand. Am I alone in this? I never came across this kind of discussion in all of my Rimworld readings. Is there an actual good way to utilize this trait and a Pawn's beauty stat?
