Cartethyia can separate and merge stuff, though it's rather vague as to what extent. Her "mother" was capable of merging godlike entities together, and it's heavily implied that Fleurdelys is on par with that. She also has powers that she inherited from Rover, which can be seen when she uses certain moves.
Doesn't SU have some absurd scaling, too? I only recall the "Giant ball of light" feat that got brought up, and I don't know if Garnet scales to that.
