It's interesting to learn how they determine stuff like this to find our they're transshipments rather than legit shipments.
>bean genetic testing (there's a handful of cultivars, and some can ONLY be used in certain countries)
>testing for the chemical composition of pesticides (USA is the largest pesticides user, detecting a pesticide that is banned in every other country in the world means your product is farmed in the USA)
>testing for soil composition (every country have different climate, precipitation, soil quality/pH, so if your soil doesn't match the climate/country you're in/matches the USA, then it's a transshipment)
Interesting stuff.
