You can try to reflect on common potential reasons for why things went south. Unfortunately it's difficult for most people to be fully self aware

If people have directly expressed this to you then try to reverse engineer the reasons for those feelings (it's also very possible that those people are the shitty ones not you).
Worst case scenario if you don't know what's going on just directly express your feelings and concerns to your friends. Do so without any hostility and have an open mind for what they respond with.
In my experience it's better to be honest about your feelings than to dance around feelings in the long term.
If they tell you there's no issue then trust them. The benefit of male friendship is that they usually have less reasons to deceive or be passive aggresive than women.
Keep in mind that you may have been unlucky in the quality of people you have met. There are other possible factors too like if you didn't maintain contact with them regularly.
Obviously all of this is easier said then done + I find myself avoiding confrontation or not self reflecting as well. So take it with a grain of salt from another person who struggles with social interaction
