The issue with Hysilen is that her damage is completely passive and effectively done by Kafka, they're just doing the BS mistake again.
>she only needs to skill once per wave so play her slow
>she starts with a free ult so as long as you clear in 6 hysilen turns you can get by with only one ult cast
She also has the same issue as Ruan Mei where nothing happens on her turns because all her impacts is indirect numerical buffs, even visually they screwed the pooch (i.e why isn't the ult a more visually impactful whale flopping on top of the enemies at the very least?)
Also because she doesn't even ult that much her e1 is absolute garbage so she's not even a good spending bait.
All of this could be easily solved by giving her a trace that makes all her attacks detonate DoTs, even for a super low number like 20% of original damage

Sadly the chances of Hoyo making a good decision is near 0
