Films, mini series, tv shows and books do not have such problems. You regularly see people engage in sexual relations without it being fringe or weird content. You do not even have to be explicit about it. You don't have to show the blowjob. You can just have a cutscene, show players enough to understand where it's going and cut off at the point when the girls kneels in front of him and you hear her opening the zipper of the trousers. Afterwards you can show her leaving the scene and wipe her mouth.

That is not explicit. It depicts sex. It's what you might see in a movie. But gamers for some reason FREAK OUT, when characters have sex. Why? I do not understand it.
