there should be a modifier which completely randomizes your stratagems every life

>his 1 CCs, hits in an AOE and has charges, 1.2 spirit scaling, and also uses melee damage (upgrades to heavy)
>his 2 CCs, hits in an AOE, gigabuffs his weapon damage, has 1.7 spirit scaling, and gets a scaling tankbuster on max upgrade
>his 3 amps his gun damage, boosts his melee healing and debuffs enemy firerate
>his ult hard CCs, gives him resistances, and upgrades to built-in unstoppable ALONG with extra damage
but Pocket needs to upgrade his suitcase to max to get half a second duration and all his abilities have like 0.01 spirit scaling
