There's definitely some truth to Reverse Undertale theory, but don't expect everything happened in Undertale will also happen in Deltarune
I mean chapter 3 is Hotlands, and we got a TV host guy, but Muffet fight mechanic wasn't used and we didn't get a scientist character like Alphys
Chapter 4 is Waterfall, and we got Gerson, but we didn't get angry ghost like Mad Dummy or encountered Mysteryman

Chapter 5 will definitely has some aspects of Snowdin, probably multiple royal guards or there will be snow, but nothing too concrete
