I don't even know where the entrance to Ky'veza is

I was trying to climb my havoc but was loosing every game. Said fuck it and swap to shield ogryn with taunt keystone and hug my psycher and vet all the timer and suddenly all games went smooth. Basically discovered that using heavy push heavy is the best combo so far and light attack spam is kinda redundant. What blessing do you reccomed fellow ogryns on shield ? (Currenty using ignoring mass and toughness on chained hit) Also is using defensive stance worth it or should i stay with heavy spam ?
