One thing I'd recommend is actually taking a complete men's multivitamin, specifically one that mentions gut health. If you work construction, I can almost guarantee that you eat like shit too, and there are certain vitamins that are supposed to absorb into your stomach lining that just aren't present in most of the goy slop that your average American has to eat. I at least got my constant diarrhea down to an occasional symptom.

Second, consider switching jobs, if your employer isn't going to reliably ensure you have a place to shit. Having to hold it all the time is just going to aggravate the symptoms, and it's not like you're in some holy grail gig that people are dying to get into.

I honor him and his ideals, but I think he's just wrong about the political state of America.
