Dark Eldar lore is fantastic, Because Vect and other Leaders just constantly commit horrendous atrocities for phenomenally petty reasons and the city is a constant Warzone between the spires and if someone from outside ends up in Commoragh and does a bunch of damage it's fine because A. The City is so Massive it can absorb pretty much any damage and be fine and B. Dark Eldar deserve it and even their fans like it when they get comeuppance.
Craftworld Lore is kind of shit because they're a race of ascended Psykers who are supposed to be able to peer into the future to keep themselves safe and their decisions with this info is typically doing things in the most retarded and convoluted way that makes everyone mad at them for no reason. They also have really powerful ancient warriors who on paper can slaughter entire Space Marine Companies single handedly but who tend to die in very stupid and embarrassing ways but it's okay because they either come back or they're not important. They also don't do their job as Xenos, which is to be a threat to the Imperium, so what's the fucking point of them?
