In all seriousness though, they kinda 'ruined' my favorite cafe. There was a place near my uni, a coffee+tea place, pretty cheap, good quality tea and coffee, good desserts and sandwiches. It had that lazy comfy vibe, old greasy torn apart furniture and stuff like that.
Now I came in and they changed their name, brought in new furniture, cleaned everything, got rid of the old comfy unshaven staff and hired some rich looking niggas, added a fuckin menu and a kitchen. The coffee and tea prices and quality are still good though, and the desserts look alright. But it lost that comfy vibe suited for people like me and now it has the vibe for late 20s rich girls wannabe non-normies but in reality the havers of mid taste
