For the spanakopita? No, this is bought phyllo sheets. I've tried making them myself but it's nearly impossible to make them that thin (almost transparent). There's a Romanian on /ck/ who makes his own but they are much thicker than the store bought and the texture comes out different and doughy witch defeats the whole purpose.
