Vegeta is easily one of the most realistic depictions of an actual racial supremist type of person - he loves the glory and acclaim of being part of the ultimate race (of fighters), but when it comes down to it, it's purely just a means to puff himself up as being hot shit while he couldn't give a damn about any of the individuals within said race, it's all bragging and self-absorption.
Of course, once he improves as a person, he would be fully aware that they're an entire species of planet-destroying retards, there's just no reason to ever bring them back.
