My PC gets 60 locked max settings at 1440p when doing the main story, but it's tough to maintain 60 in the open world. Unreal Engine is not great with open worlds and I don't expect this of all games to optimize for it.
It runs like an acceptable Switch 1 game on my Steam Deck at medium settings which is great for doing some side quests.
