It really depends at how you look at it. If you commit an unforgivable sin of modifying a CPU's body, you'll find out that Switch is easily capable of performing twice as fast if you overclock it.
But from my experience with Compage on Swtich not even the full force overclocking is enough to run some games (i.e. GMRE) at constant 60FPS. Blame Compa's bad code. Or its contractors who port its games to Switch if there are any.

I gave PC RB1 a try the other day and I was honestly quite surprised with the mouse controls. Lack of keyboard tooltips is annoying however being able to rotate my character without moving [as if I was using bumpers in VII(R)] was a very welcome addition that eliminated a lot of pixel hunting. Also, you can just click everything. The game plays much better on KBM if you have it open a small window, like Microsoft Solitaire

I'm not playing Nep U with a Keyboard, the "map every button to a key" approach does work well for the turn based games (It's how I first played the Rebirth games, VII, and Mary Skelter) but for the action ones is kind of a non-starter. I didn't have much love for 4GO's gameplay at first but when I played with a controller it actually clicked better for me. Compa just doesn't care about us PC continent natives.
My favorite spinoff costume is Paladin Nep (and goddess of fate Purple Heart)

I played SVS with keyboard, it was pretty acceptable. They did not make an adjustable deadzone for the controllers and the default was so small, it was constantly drifiting!

MAGES. I think it's fair enough to see magic as a technology which she is studying scientifically. Time travel/interdimensional travel and communication she does by herself, for fun. Also a very powerful mage since she can do these feats with her own MP. Not to mention the reality-warping computer and the microwave that freezes food. And while it's not incredibly high tech, she also made 5pb's audio equipment.
Nepgear is either equal or second-place to MAGES as a nerd. Successful as a computer hardware engineer, technician, software developer, robotics designer and manufacturer, and gunsmith at least. She can take things from concept, design, manufacturing, maintenance, repair, and field improvisation all by herself. She also had a hand in consumer products like N-gear and energy drinks. She may be long-lived but she really makes use of her time compared to most people and is well-rounded in lore as in turn-based battles. She is incredibly quick to learn and was able to help MAGES with her computer and operate its weird abilities with no disasters.
Histy, Croire, R4 are all up there with their various abilities. The lines between divinity, magic, and technology are all blurred so it's hard to say, and Kurome's use of her power seemed to be the most powerful but entirely spiritual without much reason applied to it for example.
There are other software devs like the failure goddesses, Biru, and Anri. Maho shows intelligence using certain tech too.
Shout-out to whoever made Eden's share machine, that is a setting-breaking item that I hope we'll see again.
Honorable mention Warechu who shows competence in electronics, radio, teleophony, and networking well enough to build the transmitter in the anime from decades-old junk.
Vert and the other goddesses seem reasonably tech literate but you don't see the same outstanding skills from them. They mostly seem like seasoned gamers.

Nightmares is indeed significantly harder than 2. I played on Fear the whole time and it was quite the experience. A lot of times I had to tweak my party for bosses or to most efficiently clear encounters. Wait until you get to the postgame dungeons, it gets pretty ridiculous. My favorite game in the trilogy. Little fun fact, you can get Hameln before Gretel if you choose Waterside before the Dorm. It leads to some funny moments where Gretel pops out of nowhere during dialogue because the dialogue wasn't rewritten to account for the possibility of her not being in the party (in the original, it wasn't possible to get Hameln until after both the Dorm and Waterside were cleared). Yet regardless, Hameln DOES have bits of dialogue for events in the Dorm and the chapter intermission.
