There doesn't always need to be an upset or an underdog story. Isn't it okay if we just get what makes the most logical sense every once in a while instead of trying to turn life into a fucking twist ending subversion of expectations? E33 is considered to have reinvigorated its genre and captured the imaginations of a lot of people. It should win GOTY this year.

You know full well that's a retarded reason for a game to not win GOTY. Anyway, don't bother pinning your hopes on Silksong there's truly no way it's going to win. You'd be better off hoping they give it to Bananza for the same milquetoast reason they gave it to Astrobot last year, because it's the "gamiest" major release game
