Funny you should mention that. My uncle used to own a seafood restaurant that specialized in cajun seafood. Y'know, crawdads and gstor and catfish, stuff like that. Now, my uncle in not a drug addict, but if he had the thinking of a drug addict he would have known not to trust half the employees he had workjng there because quite a number of them were actively selling drugs out of the kitchen on shift. The only reason they got found out is because the cops busted them. Honestly, if he had actually spent time in the restaurant instead kf leaving it up to the GM he hired (who was herself a drug addict) then he would have probably been able to figure out what was going on and gotten rid of those people before the cops got involved.

That is what I am doing too. Just get the experience for the resume and then move up the line. Shame how so many businesses decide that they should violate labor laws and screw their employees because they think they can get away with it.

A hotel pan is a large metal pan used to prep a lot of food, frequently used in hotels for banquet cooking, which js where they get the name from. They're awesome for roasting meats in as they're quite deep amd sturdy.
