Not really the same. Asa does good things for good reasons. Denji occasionally does good things, but often for the wrong reasons.
He lacks moral guidance and at this point it seems Asa is the only one around who can offer it. Meanwhile, Yoru is basically doing the opposite by tempting him to embrace his devil side.
