"Visually amazing" means creating AND drawing the ENVIRONMENTS. There's nothing special about drawing the characters other than Aging devil (which looks cool as fuck). It's more about giving characters interesting expressions, which he still did well in Aging.
He most likely had assistants drawing the environments but Fujimoto still likely made the choices aka CREATED the world.
