Why? Because Yoshida needs War devil's powers to work directly for PS and for him, not for Death devil. Yoru turned out to be uncooperative with Yoshida, she refused to side with him and threw a cake in his face. That means there is no taming Yoru for him nor reasoning with her. In order to use her and get her powers to his side, he needs Asa, the other personality who is human and reasonable. For that he needs Asa alive and permanently in control of the body. His other reason is the same as Death-devils, they need her human guilt in order to take hold of primal-killing super weapons, something Yoru cannot create.

As you see, these two groups in power need Asa alive. The only ones who doesn't need her are Denji and Yoru, because neither of the two have a purpose for her anymore. Denji needed Asa for sex, only to figure out the adventurous personality was Yoru. Yoru needed her for powerful weapons to defeat CSM, but now she doesn't care about that anymore. Both want her out of their way, meanwhile Yoshida/PS/Death devil need Asa alive.
