Aging Arc Asa looked like shit but she's looked passable since. You won't get early P2 levels of art because it was drawn with no deadlines to worry about.
P1 had a lot of rushed art too but it had enough good stuff to make people look past it.
Right now I feel like CSM art, while not good, is just okay for weekly manga. It isn't a bunch of scribbles like during CSM church arc nor do the characters have giant bug eyes like in Aging.
It's not good but characters like Asa, Yoru, Falling, Fami, etc. look mostly fine. It's just Denji who is ugly as hell, but that's probably deliberate.
