We'll probably see studies about this in the next 30 or so years as the first batch of major streamers reach old age, but I don't think there's any healthy way to pretty much play a character for 5+ hours a day every day. You're turning yourself into a product/content machine and that has to do a number on you and the way you think and your sense of self. Some of these people are going to be absolutely fucked in the head in their 50s/60s once they lose their fame.
