Does 45acp even over penetrate much to begin with going at those slow velocities for such a heavy boolet? I can see why that's a problem for hotter smaller rounds but I'm kinda on the fence on whether it matters for such gun needing to run hollows or not.

Fair enough but are there any American companies making magnifiers in house currently? Seems our choices are basically Pinoy land China and Sweden assuming they even make those in house and maybe potentially Japan if they ever got into that game. At that point just give up and get an ACOG or an 1-6 LPVO from Leupold if you want a good clarity magnified optic. The way I see if is you can't get MADE IN AMERICA™ for a certain product you wand well you might as well just split the difference and get one made in a country that isn't hostile towards us for things such as magnifiers or cars that aren't pieces of shit for that matter.
