Earth is shared by multiple aliem races.
Atleast 1-2 permanent races that live under the sea.
Likely few mire who visit Earth and nearby space.
Third, alien races who started to visit us after we started nuclear bomb tests.
They have a treaty with western governments (mainly Usa) to not reveal itself.
They hope to have Earth become something like in Star Trek before we join their space federation. Until that they will stay hidden.

There are many alien races/species visiting Earth. They have diplomatic embassies in Nevada and elsewhere.
There are also secret under ocean bases, also in North and Southpoles.
They fly with special electromagnetic fields based on unified field theory which has been discovered by Usa but is classified.
Some alien races seem to have bases on Earth under ocean, some visit us, some seem to be new ones or very old visitors.
The ones living under ocean dont seem to want to be in much contact with humans, the ones who use Earth and moon as somekinda base seem to be in contact and then there are visiting races.
Humans are biologically related to some aliens.
Aliens dont want humans to use nukes but they seem to advocate a world like in Star Trek, thats why governmenrs around the world like to prevent pollution and promote unification in many things.
This is secret because aliens also fear if they show themselves it might unify humanity and we would hunt them (specially the ones living here) secretly in underground and underocean bases and we might use the high tecg wrong if it was made public.
Also ufos, some are reverse engineered ufos of Us military, part of secret space program, some are actual alien ships.
