Turkey are close to Middle East and Central Asia.
People in Middle East and Central Asia has the blue eyes and blonde hair genetics. Even Palestinians have them, the Arabs, all the way to Central Asia.
And Turkey is in between East and West of the Old World, so their phenotype also comes from both side.
