Yeah, I can tell you haven't played the game. But thanks to you, I could share more details about Bayonetta's story with everyone else here. The whole point of the first game is that with each Cardinal Virtue she defeats, she becomes more powerful and closer to being the perfect Left Eye user. So, of course, early-game amnesiac Bayo doesn't have as many spells and magic as late-game Bayo. She couldn't even shapeshift into animals, fly, or walk on walls. But only an idiot like Death Battle would take a character at its weakest, and then nerf her furthermore, to force her to lose a stomp match.
