You don't have room for shit relics like this on guardian because you need:
[Heal on ult]
[reflect damage in block]
[skill duration]
AND THEN you worry about fitting in:
Taunt while blocking
heal on block
ult charge on block
stamina on successive attack
rally
hoarfrost

And lets not forget the all important Gaol relic
