I made a female rogue trader and Heinrix threw himself at me like a lost dog whimpering for affection. I thought I'd do the typical woman thing and lead him on but never put out so I could be sure he was in my pocket if the choice came down to me or his inquisi-daddy.
He literally raped me character. He was stuck in ice or some dumb shit and I had the choice between telling him to commit suicide or embrace him. I saved him, he then forced my character into the bedroom for fade to black implied and completely non-consensual sex.
As I'm not a woman I realize it was my own fault for leading him on and that I deserved it, I'm just surprised there was zero agency in the matter and he just got away with rape, and it was never mentioned again until the end credits where he became lord inquisitor and the game said he frequently used his position to rape my character more ("never missed a chance to exert his power over her").
It also said the were secretly rapist and victim until the day they died.
Not sure what to feel about this development but it IS grimdark.
