It is very spicy. So good. I love spicy food. My next meal is going to be pork chops and fried cabbage. That won't be nearly so spicy unfortunately. Pork chops I'll marinate in garlic, onion, black pepper, cayenne, salt, and white wine. I'll put those in the oven and cook them off for a few minutes, flip them over and cook them for a few minutes more. The cabbage I will fry some bacon, remove it but keep the fat, add a bit of butter, some onions, some garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, cook those in the fat and butter until the onions are translucent then add the cabbage and cook it just long enough for the cabbage to soften but still retaining the crunch, add the bacon back in and give it a few tosses to make sure it's fully incorporated.
