Yes. You also get the added fun of having to do a 5 hours questline before you are allowed to explore them (pic related) no skip! Also very limited stamina, no running up walls, no movility echoes. BUT!!! You can spend 180 rolls to get a character that has worse mobility abilities than wuwa has (universally for free for every character), but ONLY on that region.
