What features those who were left disappointed want for cyberpunk 2077 to be added for it to be what you were promised?

I was never part of the hype and only got the game recently and thought it was ok, it entertained me where GTA4 and 5 bored me to tears and left unfinished.

I can't figure out how to enjoy this game. All quests beside the main story is literal redditslop. The combat is bland and boring and you spend most of the time running while waiting for cooldowns. Any gun build devolves into holding down mouse1 and runner is boring and overpowered.

Imagine how good Cyberpunk could have been if it was an actual RPG
