A normal gacha game doesn't come out a whole year behind other parts of the world, and when that happens, a normal gacha game does its best to make up for it.
This isn't a normal gacha game, it's just SEGA running another gacha into the ground just like they did with 404 GAME RE: SET, just like they did with Sakura Kakumei, just like they did with PSO2 (only partly gacha, but still).
