We are the same age and I have completely given up on that quest. I am literally going to fly to medellin colombia next year and become a complete passport bro sex tourist. If I work 60 hour weeks for the rest of my life and my wife works too I still wouldn’t be able to provide my children a better life than what my parents gave me. Isn’t the point in having kids to provide them a better life than what your parents gave you? Or at least that was the intention before the boomer generation. I would be slaving away at some shit job, wife would be doing the same with her work husband boss. And my kids would become trans or worse, a soundcloud rapper.
