good question. considering the standard symphonic layout is some variation of sonata-allegro -> adagio -> minuet -> finale/fugue, I would select the following:

Tannhauser overture (sonata allegro)
Tristan prelude (adagio mov)
Rienzi overture (minuet/dance mov)
Meistersinger prelude (finale mov)

*I decided not to consider movements from Parsifal or the ring cycle because they aren't long enough. furthermore, I chose the Tannhauser overture for movement 1 because I believe it best sums up the essence of Wagner's style.

2022 was the year when I had big goals and did lots of structured training. It paid great dividends, but I found all that training so boring I'd rather be slower but still just ride around outside doing whatever I want without worrying about it too much. But this year the test results are pretty grim and I'm not sure why, if it's just my slow degradation as a human or if for some reason I trained completely wrong and maybe I can still salvage it
