After I got out of the army my weight exploded to 56 kg. This is due to the eatening, wherein I ate three massive meals a day. It was hard to drop the habit after I finished my service and entered the reserves. It helps not that I am vehemently racist against excercise.
One and a half weeks ago I decided to address this, and changed my diet to one big meal and one small meal a day. Like a banana or two as worklunch and a massive ~1000 calorie dinner. This has dropped me down to 53 kg. I aim to get to about 50. This appears to work, but I am left ravenous all the time. Will it get better in time?
