I blame GWitch's poor ratings for GQuuuuux airing at late night and having only 12 episodes. Bandai went panic mode and like Gwitch was popular with otakus only, GQuuuuux went full otaku. Ironically GQuuuux seem to be popular with Japanese normies and it has higher ratings than GWitch despite airing at late night
