The 3.5 mm jack supports video, too, so we’re talking around 1 to 3 GHz.
Some apple devices support an optical receiver/transmitter at the end of the jack like Toslink. And actual toslink. Which, if you use for networking, is in the 10 GHz range.

It’s the ONLY port we ever needed.
