I try to live as carefully and healthily as possible because I'm mentally exhausted from being sick or having broken stuff in my body all the time.
But it doesn't work. Just sitting on my ass at home has gotten me all this within 3 months:

>chipped tooth real bad while eating bread, rushed to the hospital
>testicle got twisted while fondling them during a fap session, hospitalized
>got explosive diarrhea several times
>bit the inside of my mouth while eating. the wound developed into an aphtha ulcer. used sulphuric acid to burn it off, accidentally burned off healthy tissue.
>got the worst case of tinnitus from listening to music too loud by accident
>eyeball tissue swole up and developed an air pocket on the same day, hospitalized twice in one day
>former friend extorted me online which gave me anxiety and sleepless nights for 7-10 days

These days I'm in constant anxiety, waiting on what will happen to me next. It's gotten so bad I'm already freaking out over future accidents.
