I knew it was shit, but I feel sad a mere ~22k was the peak. Miss KF1/2 because it was fun. The genre is just dead, even if they made a good KF3, nobody is into this anymore.
All these dopamine starved idiots is low-engagement EOMM games with 20 minute feedback loops that keep them from dropping these crack-cocaine gacha shit clones. Fortnite killed the industry, so did PUBG and OW1/2.
Their entire lives revolve around 20 mins of win or lose and they actually think they have fun, but text chat tells they seethe and don't know how to pull out the needle from their vein.
