I heard this spooky story from Japan. This family was haunted by this evil spirit for years. It followed them when they moved to different places like when one of them went off to college or when they went to a different house.
It appeared as this woman with long black hair and she would always make the same sound like two pieces of metal hitting each other with a clank sound and when she turned around to reveal her face she had an unmaturally large smile from ear to ear with blood dripping out. When she finally spoke she had an unnaturally deep voice and she said "You and your family are finished." and one of them went insane and the story had a spooky atmosphere.
