Frontiers kinda killed off Sonic’s momentum in Japan, it sold more than Forces which isn’t hard to do but they followed it up with a game with no marketing which mean Shadow Gens ended up only selling like 1k more than Forces.
Keep in mind Forces did outsell pretty much every title during the PS360 era
