I worked as a software engineering consultant for years and all these larger corporations who hired me to do some job were literal fucking daycares for adults. They had an actual schedule that everyone followed, eating breakfast together, eating lunch together, always the same time. They took breaks every day to do some stretching in the company's gymnasium, together.
