Do you guys think it is worth losing 7-8% DPS to put Arctic Armor into my build? It gives me like 15% more phys max hit, but I don't know how "real" that is, I mean you have to be standing still for it to work, right?

Does anyone else feel like everyone is all excited and then when they get to maps they're just gonna see it is more of the same eater/exarch/maven bullshit with the occasional atlas memory and people's opinions will come crashing to earth?
