Can anyone articulate how it is that the original episodes of Spongebob, despite often having outlandish and wacky plots like Doodlebob or the Alaskan Bull Worm, still somehow felt grounded compared to the post-movie episodes? Because I'm struggling to properly figure out why it is that those kinds of plots worked in the older seasons but feel so fucking weird in the newer ones. Like I'm convinced that if Doodlebob came out in the Tibbit era it would have fucking sucked even if it used the same general premise.

Pikmin 3 and 4 really do feel juvenile to me compared to 1 and 2, although I sort of struggle to articulate why. Something about the dialogue feels more like it's talking down to the player I guess? Pikmin 1 in particular definitely doesn't feel that way, really enjoyed how Olimar's field notes are presented as though they were field notes made by an actual explorer with illustrations and everything.

Craig of the Creek probably. In terms of being REALLY popular it's probably a tossup between AT, TTG, an SU, you'd have to trace when they declined ratings-wise. I know SU's ratings peaked during its third season and AT's during its fifth, not sure about TTG nor can I remember what years those happened in.

PLUG got over-sold and then over-shorted due to a lot of factors, some of which were pretty genuine concerns about its ability to continually finance themselves. Those issues have already been pretty well-resolved though and it looks like they're actually on a real path to profitability, so the stock's starting to turn around. I think it's not going to really break out until they really start reporting solid profitability though, which IMO is still 2 - 3 years out from where we are. Unless it becomes braindead obvious that's where the company's heading and investors just jump in ahead of time.
