It's fun and cheesy and i've actually been doing alright against Trunes, negative winrate against them but nowhere near unwinnable. If you build it you'll find that most of your losses will come from the following:
>Don't draw or drop Ho-chan by 8pp
>Draw Genesis / Twilight Dragons before you've placed Ho-chan
>Don't draw any Ramp
Filene is amazing at anti-aggro but only if you draw your ramp but once you hit overflow she can boardwipe for a total of 5pp and and an evo point.
Ramp is strong when it works, it just works the least frequently due to not only needing certain cards but also needing them in a certain order. I'm sure set 3 will save us though haha..

You should, her leader art, card art and evo animation are all great. Don't swipe for her though, there's worse default leaders than kung-fu ojisan.
