I no longer shop at Trader Joe’s due to rampant racism and cultural appropriation. When I saw foods labeled “Trader Jose” I literally started shaking and I had a panic attack. I couldn’t believe my eyes. Most of what I eat now comes from Tofu Tanisha’s, a black woman owned store that sells soy based vegan fares like tofurkey and facon. They even have Soy Nibblets for my therapy dog, Mx. Trotsky!
