I just realized IH gravitats aren't legal anymore. BA meltatats are the same thing because moritats don't get "plasma pistols" they get "overcharged plasma pistols" which are a separate weapon as confirmed on the plasma weapons table. It's like the more you look at it, the worse it gets.
